Emmanuel "Manny" Cohen is a British businessman & is known as a pioneer in the business information & corporate registrations industry. He is the chairman of the RM Group of companies including RM Company Services Limited which is a multidisciplinary law firm. Life and career Manny Cohen has been in the Business Information & Registrations Business for over 35 years. He started working for himself in business aged 19, in 1977 as a researcher of Company and Government records and had a second business as a photographer. Mainly self-taught in business, he part qualified in accounting and finance with ACCA (certified accountants) and (ICSA) chartered secretary. Over the years he has built a business which is centred on company information, corporate law, and company registration/administration and wealth management. His company also owns and operates, and he was instrumental in the development, of an online system armadillo (www.rmonline.com) which provides worldwide company information and UK company registrations. It was the first such online system on the internet and fully commercially available as far back as June 1997. In 2011 he launched the first pure B2B company information phone App also known as Armadillo. His latest achievement in September 2015 was to steer RM Company Services Ltd to be granted multidisciplinary law firm status, another first for the business He is also Chairman of Arlesey Town Football Club and former director of British Bobsleigh & ACRA, the Association of Company Registration Agents. He is an expert in business information, financial analysis, company law, anti-money laundering information, international corporate solutions, compliance and regularly lectures on these topics at conferences worldwide. He was Britain’s top amateur bobsleigh driver 2008-2011, his other passions includes scuba diving, fencing, horse riding & his family.
